Delete Your Account

You can delete your own account and all of its data directly from inside the app, by yourself, at any time — no need to contact anyone.
In short: go to Profile → Settings → Delete your account inside the app. If you can't sign in or the in-app option doesn't work for you, you can instead request deletion by email.
Option 1: Delete it yourself in the app
- Open the app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete your account.
- Confirm your password and enter the one-time confirmation code sent to you.
This permanently removes your profile and all associated study session data. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you're unable to sign in, send an email to the address below with:
- Your account username.
- Proof of ownership of the account (for example, a screenshot of your profile screen while signed in).
Note: once your account is deleted — whether by yourself in the app or by request — your profile and all study session records are permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
